Do you allow Pets in the hotel? 

Not at the moment. 

Is there any provision for smoking in the hotel? 

You may smoke outside, according to the Law, which bans smoking from public places. You may sit on the seat in our porch outside the hotel? 

Do I have access to the Internet in the hotel? 

Yes, we will provide you with the code to login, or we can lend a laptop for a small donation J 

What times may I check in/out of the hotel. 

You may check in at any time before 10pm, though we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Are you able to store my luggage before or after checkin? 

Yes. 

Is it possible to arrange a late check out? 

Yes. 

Are your rooms accessible for wheelchair users? 

Not at the moment. 

Am I able to purchase Pleasure beach wristbands from the hotel, and if so, when can they be used?

Which Rail Station is nearest to the hotel, and how far is it by foot? 

Blackpool South, and it is approx. 5 minutes walk to out hotel. 

Is car Parking available at the hotel, and if so, when is it available until? 

Yes, car parking is available at the front of the hotel, and for the duration of your stay, subject to the number of guests at the hotel. 

Is it necessary to make a reservation for evening meals? What happens if I needed to change or cancel it? 

Yes. As long as we have sufficient notice of your change/cancellation, we can amend your order, but please allow at least several hours notice. 

What is the largest family room available, and for how many adults and children? 

2 adults + 2 children, though we can cater for an extra person with a comfortable blow up bed. 

Does the hotel have any cots or high chairs available? 

Yes, we have both. 

Does the hotel allow single sex parties – E.g. Hen/Stag Parties?  

Not normally. Please call us for more information. 

Does the hotel have business/corporate rates for frequent guests? 

Yes, please call us for the latest corportate offers. 

Does the hotel provide any discounts for group bookings?

Is the hotel able to supply special treats/flowers/chocolates for special occasions? 

Yes, please call us for more information. Flowers, Birthday cakes, Decorations have been provided before. 

Does the hotel have a baby sitting/ child minding service? 

No. 

Does the hotel provide ironing boards? 

Yes, also Hair dryers. We try to accommodate for everyone. Please ask us as we are always happy to help If we can. 

What entertainment does the hotel provide? 

The bar area has a large LDC TV with blue ray and DVD player, along with a Nintendo WII system.
